Pre-Populate Fields in Fluent Form from Email Sent in FCRM

A SnippetClub member was looking for a way to pre-populate fields in a Fluent Form when a user click on a link inside an email sent through FluentCRM.

Example:

Subscription Member Survey. The subscriber is sent an email using FCRM asking for feedback. They click a button in the email that takes them to a webpage with an embedded fluent form. The name and email address fields are pre-populated with the subscriber’s information.
